The kundalini takes place when the woman, receiving the care of the Tantra practitioner, is able to get her pleasure to rise from the base chakra up to the crown chakra via the sacred,
solar plexus, throat and third eye chakras.
Since chakras are energy centers linked to the spine, the woman must be able to drive her sexual energies to her head via her chakras then have them come down to the base chakra and doing that again and
again.
As for the giver, I must caress her body so that it becomes a great celebration of the woman's body in such a way as to cause many body parts to become erogenous zones.
And then my touches on and under the labia lips must be done slowly and completely. The first phalange of the index finger enters the vagina so that its tip caresses the G spot. All these touches and the
caress must be part of enveloping of her body with my hands.
Therefore, Kundalini takes place upon having one's orgasmic state rise, then come down her chakras and therefore the woman who receives comes to control, from within her, the energies which provide her
pleasures.
